    Abstract
    The purpose of this study was to determine the impact that coaches may have on their player’s individual performance. A second goal of this project is to explore new ways in which coaches can be more effective, through various methods that will be ventured throughout this study. Results from this study will also be able to apply to business and industry in creating more means of performance improvement, and assisting managers, trainers, etc; on how to bring their employees the their fullest potentials through interaction, empowerment, respect, and the opportunity for individuals to express their concerns regarding issues that might be factors in hindering their performance.
