dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to identify available methods or procedures for determining training needs and to determine which procedures would be appropriate for Northern Engraving Corporation given its culture and internal resources. Chapter I begins with an introduction to Northern Engraving Corporation and the need for this study. Chapter II provides a review of literature relative to the ISO Standard, needs assessment process and techniques, and performance improvement methodologies. Chapter III details the methodology and approach used by the researcher to identify methods and procedures for determining training needs employed by selected ISO 9000 registered 3 organizations. Chapter IV reports the findings and analysis of the research and Chapter V presents a summary, conclusions, and recommendations.
