    Abstract
    The Fundamental Theorem of Finite Dimensional Algrebras states that an associative algebra is either nilpotent, semisimple or a semidirect product of a nilpotent algebra with a semisimple algebra. We extend this theorem to the case of Z2-graded algebras.
