    Abstract
    This research project addresses two research questions: 1) how do men and women balance work and life? and 2) how are men and women's approaches to balancing work and life similar or different? To answer these research questions, the current study employs thematic analysis to analyze exisitng literature as a means of identifying common themes in existing work-life research.
