Results of previous literature suggest that stability of preferences for tangible items varies across individuals. Few studies have examined preference stability for young children with autism. This study extends the literature by conducting frequent multiple-stimulus-without-replacment (MSWO) preference assessments for tangible items with young children diagnosed with autism to determine the stability of preferred items over time.
