dc.description.abstractThis study is a review of the benefits and challenges of the Student Nurse Apprentice Program (SNAP). A questionaire was given to students and TAs to determine how well the program meets it's stated goals: to enhance student's knowledge of nursing, to improve ability to communicate that knowledge, to facilitate teaching and learning in specific course(s), and to develop competence in providing constructive feedback.en
