    Abstract
    A human proximal tubule kidney cell culture (HK-2) was established as a cell model for the study of Amphotericin B-induced nephrotoxicity. Exposure to deoxycholate-amphotericin B (DAMB) caused no increase in release of cytokines by the cells.
