- In her 2010 interview with Emma Schroeder, Almuth Koby shares her memories about the Eagle Heights Community Garden. Koby described her time as president of the Community Gardens Committee, writing for the newsletter, challenges of getting members to fulfill their duties, and abandoned plots. Additionally, Koby recalls her inexperience gardening and how other members mentored her in the early years, how she mentored members in later years, and the joy of learning growing techniques from students of other cultures. This interview was conducted for inclusion in a Master?s thesis on the Eagle Heights Community Gardens.
