- Abstract
- Some economic researchers have concluded that labor market discrimination against women in the U.S. has been declining since the 1970s. However, Dr. Schaffer's previous research suggested otherwise. Our research, using a different set of statistical techniques and an enormous database supports the idea of continuing labor market discrimination.
