UW System Women's Studies Librarian’s Office Community home page

The Office of the University of Wisconsin System Women's Studies Librarian was created in 1977 to serve students, faculty, librarians, and administrators across the UW System. Located on the Madison campus, the office reaches out to all UW campuses through its many regular and special publications, research assistance, and professional presentations.

We also maintain hundreds of links to other resources in women's studies, curricular material, book trade information, video distributors, women's studies programs, libraries, and archives, statistical resources, and more.

  Contains news of the latest print and audiovisual resources for research and teaching in women's studies

  Reprints on a quarterly basis the tables of content pages of over 150 magazines and journals on women and gender published in English in the United States and abroad
